Super Woman

This deluxe package is designed for women who want to experience the full Empowered by Kate Vigar experience and are ready for 6 weeks of intensive 1:1 support from me.

Over the 6 coaching calls we’ll cover:

• Gaining clarity on what it is you want to change/improve in your life through a life assessment and discovering your core values.

• Overcoming limiting beliefs holding you back from striving for all you desire, developing a growth mindset and embodying the empowered version of you

• Setting personalised goals and a step by step action plan, including time management strategies

• Implementing self care into your week to ensure your cup is overflowing

• Setting healthy boundaries without feeling guilty

You’ll be emailed personalised journal prompts after each coaching call which will help you to dive deep within your mind, improve your self-awareness and process thoughts, feelings and emotions.

You will receive 6 weeks of 1:1 WhatsApp chat support which provides you with an opportunity to ask me further questions, share wins and discuss anything that may have come up for you after our calls. This will also be a space for me to keep you accountable for your action steps each week to support your progress and celebrate you!

Upon joining Super Woman you’ll receive a welcome gift delivered to your door, to celebrate your commitment to yourself over the next 6 weeks and beyond.

When you complete Super Woman, you will have a deeper understanding of yourself, how your mind works and how you can take back control over your mind, clear goals and action plan moving forward, feel more confident to put yourself first and serve your needs before others, and feel empowered to turn whatever dreams you have into your reality.
